AIMS Consulting is a small consulting firm focused on equitable outcomes in Higher Education and Healthcare. Headquartered in DC, our principal consultants, managing partners, and founders are a husband and wife team, each with over 15 years of experience performing analysis, providing technical solutions, project management, and change management. At AIMS Consulting, we are data-driven storytellers who collaborate with our partners achieve their aims without compromise.
Sadaf Rauf Dreitlein
Sadaf brings 17 years of healthcare experience ranging from research, clinical, operations, finance, and leadership. She has seen the impact of poorly managed business on the health of communities. Her most recent passions are managing technical and organizational projects that improve workflows, decrease costs, and create a proactive culture instead of reactive to its community.
Matthew Dreitlein
Matthew has 11 years of higher education expertise in data modeling and visualization, student success and faculty/staff change management. He carries with him his time in admissions helping underserved minorities navigate the complex institutional barriers at a range of institutions, and works to ensure that stories like theirs are represented in the equitable strategies he builds with institutions.
